The foundation of our sessions is silence, stillness and calmness, from there we open up body awareness and conversation.
Through presence, listening, soundboarding, mirroring, guidance, empathy and compassion.
Being heard, Being seen, A safe space, Feeling safe, Talking openly, non judgemental.
A companion and intuitive guidance to someone lost and struggling to avoid the mistakes i made from someone who has walked the path or guide you in the right direction or to the right person.
The most powerful thing is holding space for you to hear yourself. I listen and hold presence, so you can resolve it yourself.
I listen deeply and carefully reflect back your thoughts and feelings so that you can untangle your thinking for yourself.
It’s less about giving advice; instead, I skillfully support you in finding your own answers.
The body has the answers, it’s about learning how to listen to it and tune in. Sometimes it can’t be done alone, we need someone to be present.
I share with you what I see in you.

Hearing yourself speaking is one of the best ways to solve what’s going on in your head. Things or decisions go round and round in your head, and it’s not until it’s said out loud that it untangles and you get clarity.

I’m flexible with session times and availability, including weekends, early or late calls where needed. The focus is to shape the session around what supports you best .

Calls are primarily audio but can be video depending on what feels right for you in the moment. Both have their benefits depending on the moment, topic and process.
Audio calls for some can allow for a freer flow of expression and thought, without the distraction or pressure of video, some find it easier to think, feel, and speak more freely.
Video calls can be good for connection, nervous system regulation, energetic attunement, awareness, and expression. It may be required to get a better sense of each other, or what the session calls for.
Whatever feels most comfortable for you, You are welcome to switch from one to another at any point during a session.

Payment
I offer two session formats:
I don’t put a strict time limit on sessions, as that can create pressure and interrupt the natural flow. We allow the session to flow and continue until it naturally comes to a conclusion or completion, there’s no need to use the full time if it isn’t needed.
A Standard Session which allows up to 1.5hours – €50
Longer Session which allows up to 2.5 hours – €80
Other options are available based on finantial situation and time availability. Those who would like to contribute more to support me are welcome to do so.
